About

Khairul Kabir

Senior .NET Engineer · Agentic AI & SDLC Automation · Yonkers, NY

I'm a hands-on senior C#/.NET engineer and full-stack architect with more than 20 years of enterprise software delivery across healthcare, utilities, banking and government. I've built for Montefiore, Con Edison's Orange & Rockland, the NYC School Construction Authority, Walmart, Bank of America and Wells Fargo, among others.

My focus now is practical agentic AI. I use GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT and LLM APIs for requirements translation, code generation, debugging, test creation and documentation, and I build .NET applications that call AI services through APIs and prompt-based workflows, with tool execution, validation, retries, logging and human approval.

What I bring from two decades of production work is discipline: turning business requirements into clear technical specifications, structured JSON/XML contracts, automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, and applying security and code-quality checks so AI speeds teams up without lowering the bar.

Currently I'm Lead Application Programmer at Montefiore Care Management in Yonkers, NY, where I help modernize and support the BAHN Health Home application for New York State Medicaid programs.
